Treasurer’s Report: Year ended June 30, 2020

Our goal is to make music available, affordable and accessible to the entire community.

The Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra’s fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. With the onset
of the global pandemic in the spring of 2020, the Phil was forced to postpone programs, concerts
and events that normally would have held over the last four months of the fiscal year. This presented
a challenge and we patiently look forward to the day when we can resume these core components
            of our mission.

The strategic planning and managed growth of the organization over the past several years, along
with the continued financial investment from our community, has established the orchestra’s
ability to weather the financial downturn. Fortunately, our generous donors, sponsors, foundations,
subscribers and ticket buyers have stepped up to the challenge during these difficult financial times.
We are grateful and humbled by your continued support.

The Board of Directors and the Administration of the Phil continue to plan for the future, with
commitment and enthusiasm, so we will be ready when we return to the classrooms, concert halls,
and special events as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.

            Elizabeth Pineault
            Treasurer
