TIME FOR THREE

Benefit Concert for the Phil
SAT, APRIL 29 | 7 PM

Winner of two GRAMMY awards for their album Letters for the Future!

“With their staggering technique and freewheeling genre-crossing, it’s hard not to be swept up in the force of their contagious energy.” —NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO

Time for Three (TF3) stands at the very busy intersection of Americana, modern pop, and classical music. That’s not the place you’d expect to find three classically trained string musicians from Juilliard and the Curtis Institute for Music. But it’s a really good place to push boundaries and defy convention. Like adding vocals to the mix. That opened an entirely new musical lane. TF3 has taken their original music and mashups to Indianapolis Colts Games and the Indianapolis 500. They’ve rocked crowds aboard the USS Intrepid Museum ship in New York and “gone Hollywood” with their first film score. Robin Wright’s directorial debut, Land, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2021. Yes, it’s definitely time to have this wildly talented trio premiere here… from Carnegie Hall to Memorial Hall.
