Meet The Phil
Composers Society
Music can change the world.
~Ludwig van Beethoven
The Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra invites you to join our leadership group –
The Composers Society.
Time and again it has been acts of individual leadership and generosity that have provided the
inspiration necessary to ensure the Phil’s success.
The Composers Society is the Phil’s leadership giving group. Launched at the start of our
centennial season in 2015, Composers Society now has nearly 100 members. It brings
together visionary members of the community to honor the tradition of the Phil’s excellence and
community generosity and to secure our future.
Members make a commitment to the future of the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra by going
above and beyond annual giving by making significant financial gifts to the organization and by
doing so help ensure our success and our role in the community for future generations.
This group meets annually for a celebratory concert and recognition dinner exclusively for
members.
