  • Online raffle ticket sales will close at 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the start of the Plymouth Philharmonic’s It’s Tropical Rock concert. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase in person at the concert through intermission.
  • Winners will be drawn live during It’s Tropical Rock on Sunday, June 28, 2026

Take the stage with the Phil and perform the famous whip crack during Leroy Anderson’s Sleigh Ride in front of a live audience at Hometown Holiday. The winner of this prize also receives 2 tickets to the performance.

Official Rules & Regulations
The Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra (“the Phil”), a qualified nonprofit organization organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is conducting this raffle pursuant to a raffle permit issued by the Town of Plymouth in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 271, Section 7A.

Organization & Purpose
Proceeds from this raffle will support the Phil’s artistic, educational, and community programming.

Eligibility

  • Participants purchasing raffle tickets must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • While raffle ticket purchasers and winners must be 18 years of age or older, individuals of any age may participate in raffle experiences if designated by the winning ticket holder and approved by the Phil.
  • The Phil staff and Board members are ineligible to participate in the raffle. Volunteers are eligible to participate.

Ticket Sales & Entry
Raffle tickets may be purchased online, in person at the Phil office, or at select concerts.
Online raffle ticket sales will close at 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the start of the Phil’s It’s Tropical Rock concert. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase in person at the concert through intermission.

Ticket pricing is as follows:

  • 1 raffle ticket for $10
  • 3 raffle tickets for $25
  • 15 raffle tickets for $100

Each raffle ticket equals one (1) entry into the drawing.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Drawing Information
Winners will be drawn live during the Phil’s It’s Tropical Rock concert on Sunday, June 28, 2026. Attendance is not required to win. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible raffle entries.

Prize Limitations
Because the Guest Conductor and Guest Whipper experiences both take place during the designated Sleigh Ride performance on Saturday, December 12, 2026 at 7:30 PM, one individual may not participate in both experiences.

If a winner receives both prizes, the winner may designate another participant for one of the experiences. These experiences are valid only for the designated performance and may not be transferred to another Hometown Holiday performance date or time.

Winner Notification
Winners need not be present to win and will be contacted using the information provided at the time of purchase.

Taxes & Compliance
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with acceptance of a prize.

Cancellation & Refunds
The Phil reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if necessary to comply with applicable law or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of cancellation prior to the drawing, ticket purchasers will receive a refund.

General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable Massachusetts laws governing charitable raffles, as well as the decisions of the Phil regarding administration of the raffle, which shall be final.
