Plymouth Philharmonic OrchestraSAFETY PROTOCOLS

Safe & Sound at the Plymouth Phil

We are thrilled to welcome you to LIVE Phil concerts, and we want your experience to be as safe and comfortable as possible.

New security procedures are now required by the Town of Plymouth and Plymouth Memorial Hall for all events.

To expedite entry, we request guests arrive early and bring minimal personal belongings into the venue.

Before entering Memorial Hall, Security will search all bags and attendees must pass a security screening via a walk through metal detector.

We recognize that some guests may have medical needs that prevent them from being scanned electronically.  Security will conduct an alternative screening process to be respectful to those needs.

Memorial Hall has a strict no re-entry policy.

Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle prior to entry into Memorial Hall or can be disposed of in receptacles provided.

The following are not allowed inside Memorial Hall under any circumstance:

  • Alcohol
  • Drugs, including marijuana products
  • Weapons, such as guns and knives
  • Food
  • Gum
  • Water and personal water bottles
  • Tobacco products
  • Vapes

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

We look forward to enjoying this season of music together. Thank you.
